We search for the best limited edition single origin specialty coffees. Each variety comes from an exclusive area, reserved for us on carefully selected farms from around the world. The circumstances under which this coffee is grown, picked and processed are unique and cannot be repeated. Thus, it is impossible to reproduce the same cupping profile twice. Our first single origin coffee is the San Augustin Colombia Huila, but we are constantly searching the world for new coffees to add to our portfolio.

San Augustin Colombia Huila

San Augustin Colombia Huila took its name from the cultivation area, placed at the southern corner of Colombia, named Huila and specifically the village San Augustin. The farms of the Huila Group (620 families) sit at an altitude between 1650 and 1850 meters. The nutrient rich volcanic soil and the bio diverse forest preserved in the plantations, make the conditions perfect for cultivating high quality coffee. The varieties are Tabi and Cattura.
